What is a credit?

Credits are consumed when you run AI-powered tools — generating a PIL summary, creating personas, building a website, or producing letters. One project costs roughly 80 credits to set up fully.

What happens when I run out of credits on the Starter plan?

You can top up at £10 for 100 credits, or upgrade to a paid plan for a monthly credit allowance.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Do unused credits roll over?

On paid plans, unused credits roll over up to a maximum of double your monthly allowance. Starter credits do not roll over.

Is there a discount for annual billing?
